User Data Deletion

Option 1 — Email Request

Please include:

• Email address associated with your account
• Phone number, if applicable
• Business/company name, if applicable
• The service or application you used
• Any relevant account identifier
• A clear statement that you want your personal data deleted

For security purposes, we may ask you to verify that you own or control the account before processing the request.

3. What Happens After Your Request?

After receiving your request, we will:

• Review the request.
• Verify your identity where reasonably necessary.
• Identify the personal information associated with your account.
• Delete or anonymize eligible personal information.
• Retain information that we are legally required or permitted to retain.
• Notify you when the deletion process has been completed, where appropriate.

4. Data Retention

Some information may not be immediately deleted if retention is required for:

• Legal compliance
• Tax or accounting requirements
• Fraud prevention
• Security purposes
• Dispute resolution
• Enforcement of contractual obligations
• Regulatory requirements

When retention is no longer required, the applicable information will be deleted or anonymized according to our data retention practices.

5. Third-Party Services

If you use integrations involving third-party platforms such as Meta, WhatsApp, payment providers, cloud services, or other external services, those platforms may independently retain certain information according to their own policies.

A request submitted to Tawny Tech does not automatically delete information held directly by a third-party service.

You may also need to submit a deletion request directly to the relevant third-party platform.

6. Meta / WhatsApp Data

If you have used a Tawny Tech application that connects with Meta or WhatsApp services, you may request deletion of the personal information that Tawny Tech controls or processes.

Please include the relevant account, phone number, business account, or application information in your request so that we can identify the appropriate data.
