What exactly counts as "one conference"?
One conference is a single event — typically one to several consecutive days at a single venue — with its own registration window, agenda and delegate list. Pre-conference workshops or satellite symposia held under the same registration can usually be bundled in; ask us if you're not sure how yours fits.
Can we upgrade plans mid-conference if we exceed our delegate limit?
Yes. If registrations approach your plan's delegate limit, we'll reach out before launch so you can move to the next tier with no disruption to an already-running event. There's no penalty for upgrading.
Does "delegates" mean registrations or on-site check-ins?
It refers to total registered delegates on the platform, including online-only and on-site attendees. Speakers, sponsors and exhibitor staff accounts are not counted against this limit.
Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
No separate setup fee for Spark, Core and Pro — pricing shown covers configuration of your event microsite, branding and agenda. Apex includes a dedicated onboarding and infrastructure setup as part of the custom quote.
Do you support multi-day, multi-track congresses?
Yes. Multi-track scheduling, parallel session management and hall-wise live polling are available from the Pro tier upwards. Core supports single or simple parallel tracks.
What happens to our data after the conference ends?
You retain full access to your event data — registrations, abstracts, poll results, certificates and reports — through your console for export at any time. We don't delete historical event data when a conference concludes.
